Welcome to gokarnapoojakart (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a Pooja or Homa service through our website, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with your booking and payment.
1. General Information
1.1. gokarnapoojakart provides services to perform Poojas and Homas either offline (in-person) or online (on your behalf) at the holy town of Gokarna.
1.2. All bookings are subject to the terms outlined here, and by proceeding with your booking, you indicate your acceptance of these terms.
1.3. These services are offered at the sacred temples of Gokarna, with the intention of providing spiritual benefits and blessings to devotees.
2. Online Pooja/Homa Services
2.1. If you book an online Pooja or Homa, the ritual will be performed on your behalf by our priests at the designated event places.
2.2. You are required to visit the temple within one (1) year from the date of the online Pooja/Homa to seek the blessings of Lord Shiva.
2.3. You will receive a detailed report, video, or photograph (if applicable) of the Pooja/Homa performed, based on the specific service booked.
3. Offline Pooja/Homa Services
3.1. For offline Pooja or Homa, you are required to visit Gokarna and be physically present at the temple on the scheduled date and time.
3.2. It is your responsibility to arrive on time. Delays or absence may result in the cancellation of your booking, and no refunds will be provided.
3.3. In case of rescheduling requests, please contact us at least 7 Days in advance, and we will try to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
4. Booking and Payments
4.1. All bookings must be made through our website. Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the service.
4.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your Pooja or Homa.
4.3. Payments are non-refundable except as explicitly mentioned in our Cancellation and Refund Policy (see Section 5).
4.4. The prices listed on the website are inclusive of all applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1. Cancellations requested 7 Days prior to the scheduled date may be eligible for a Full refund, subject to a [Y% cancellation fee]. Only room Charges are deducted + 15 % Pooja Charges.
5.2. Cancellations requested 4 Days prior to the scheduled date eligible for a Partial refund, Only room Charges are deducted.
5.3. Cancellations requested 2 Days prior to the scheduled date eligible for a Partial refund, Only room Charges + 20 % Pooja Charges are deducted.
5.4. Cancellations requested 1 Day prior to the scheduled date or on the day of Pooja may be eligible for a Partial refund, Only room Charges are deducted + 30 % Pooja Charges.
5.5. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, temple closures, or government restrictions), we will reschedule your Pooja/Homa to the next available date or offer a credit for future bookings.
5.6. If gokarnapoojakart offers a Pooja Service we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this refund policy upon purchasing any product or services at our web site. However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product or services we provide.
6. Responsibilities and Obligations
6.1. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information (e.g., name, birth details, Gotra, etc.) at the time of booking. We are not liable for any errors caused by incorrect information provided by you.
6.2. You are responsible for your travel arrangements and other related expenses for offline services.
6.3. Food and accommodation are included accordingly in the package you choose.
6.4. For online services, we will ensure the rituals are performed as per your booking details, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes, as these are spiritual practices.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Our role is limited to facilitating the performance of Poojas and Homas at the designated choultry. We do not guarantee specific results or benefits from these rituals.
7.2. We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to temple closures, priest unavailability, or natural calamities.
8. Privacy Policy
8.1. We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, and specific ritual preferences solely for the purpose of providing our services.
8.2. Your data will be handled securely and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to perform the booked rituals.
8.3. By booking with us, you consent to the use of your details for communication regarding your booking. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. In case of disputes or grievances, you can contact our support team at info@gokarnapoojaart.com.
9.2. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of [your country/state], and the jurisdiction will be [specific location].

12. Payment Policy
Registration is not complete until full payment has been received. Full Payments not received before the Pooja will result in non-delivery of our service. Payment may be made by Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, or Net banking.
1. General Cancellation Policy
1.1. You may cancel your booking for Pooja or Homa services at any time before the scheduled date; however, the following conditions apply to refunds and fees.
2. Cancellation Timeframes
2.1. Cancellations Made More Than 7 Days Before Scheduled Date:
• You are eligible for a full refund.
• Please allow 7 working days for processing your refund.
2.2. Cancellations Made Between 4 Days Before Scheduled Date:
• You are eligible for a Partial refund, Only room Charges are deducted.
• Please allow 7 working days for processing your refund.
2.3. Cancellations Made Within 3 Days of Scheduled Date:
• You are eligible for a Partial refund, Only room Charges are deducted + 20% of Pooja Price.
2.4. Cancellations Made Within 2 Days or on the day of Scheduled Date:
• You are eligible for a Partial refund, Only room Charges are deducted + 30% of Pooja Price.
3. Rescheduling Policy
3.1. If you wish to reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 7 Days in advance of your scheduled date.
3.2. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
4. Unforeseen Circumstances
4.1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or temple closures, you will have the option to reschedule your Pooja/Homa to the next available date or receive a credit for future bookings.
4.2. Please notify us as soon as possible in such cases to discuss your options.
5. Refund Processing Time
5.1. Refunds will be processed within 7 Days after the cancellation request is confirmed.
5.2. Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.
